Information stored on your devices
Interval Run stores your workout presets, interval settings, completed workout history, and app preferences on your iPhone and Apple Watch.
The iPhone and Apple Watch apps may exchange this information directly so your workouts remain available across your devices.
Notifications, voice announcements, audio cues, and haptic alerts are also created and managed on your devices.
Apple Health
Apple Health integration is optional.
When you grant permission, Interval Run may save completed workouts to Apple Health and read related workout information to display workout summaries. This may include duration, distance, and active energy.
Your Health data is processed through Apple’s HealthKit framework and is not sent to us. You can review or revoke access at any time in the Health app or your device settings.
Purchases
Subscriptions and other purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Interval Run can check whether you have an active purchase or subscription, but we do not receive your payment card details. Apple processes purchase information under its own privacy policy.
Support emails
When you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message, and any other information you choose to provide.
We use this information only to respond to your request and may retain it as reasonably necessary for support, security, or legal purposes.
You may ask us to delete your support correspondence by contacting us at support@intervalrun.app.
Website privacy
The Interval Run website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or other tracking technologies.
When you open the App Store or send an email using a link on this website, Apple or your email provider may process information under their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can:
- Manage Apple Health and notification permissions in your device settings.
- Delete workout information using the controls available in the app.
- Delete data saved to Apple Health through the Health app.
- Delete the app to remove locally stored app data from your device.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or use personal information for advertising.
Because your workout data is not sent to us, we cannot share it with advertisers or data brokers.
We may disclose information received through a support request if required by law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app, its features, or legal requirements change. The latest version will always appear on this page with an updated effective date.
